General Strength Training

I recommend this for anyone and everyone, especially for folks looking to 'start out' or folks working with a trainer for the first time. General Strength Training allows us to focus on full body (or area specific) strength, muscle, and confidence building.

Core / Ab Training

Whether you consider yourself a beginner or an expert,  I have the perfect combination of exercises to tighten, strengthen, build, and define your core muscles.

Prehab / Rehab

Prehab is the best way to get ahead of aches, pains, and injuries. Strengthening and stabilizing the key joints in the body. I offer rehabilitation services from injury, surgery, or overall body correction. 


I specialize in corrective shoulder mobility/functional exercises, core/abs weakness in relation to back problems, and the hip/glute/hamstring complex. But I offer a variety of services. 

TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension training has a ton of great benefits. From beginners to experts, I recommend TRX training for everyone. 


Benefits include: core work in every exercise, improves strength of joints, tendons and muscles, burns fat, only requires your body weight, and so so much more.

Booty / Leg Specific

Most popular amongst the ladies - specifically training the glutes and the legs focuses on building, tightening, and lifting the buttocks into a more healthy shape. We do this by replacing fatty tissue with lean muscle muscle mass.

Cardio & HIIT Training

Here we focus mainly on exercises that keep our heart rate up to improve our cardiovascular fitness. We will be burning fat and building muscles all over the body. 


The primary goal of this training style is to improve our cardio and retrain our metabolism to burn more fat throughout the day.

Advanced Training Options

TRX Core/Abs Training

Training the core/abs on the TRX takes things up a few notches. Placing the feet in an unstable, elevated position makes the body extremely unstable which recruits more/different muscles that are typically not targeted. 


A plank with your feet on the ground = stable.

A plank with your feet suspended = unstable. 

STABILITY / BALANCE TRAINING

This type of training is recommended for everyone. If you are looking to improve functional mobility, strength and balance, we can keep it basic or take it to another level as shown in the video here.   


Folks who struggle with tightness in the shoulders, back, hips and legs often benefit rapidly from suspension training.
