As your personal Online Coach, I will provide personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals. I offer support and motivation remotely, making fitness more accessible and convenient.
We will establish your short / long term goals: what you are looking to achieve both physically and mentally. Where do you see yourself being happy?
As to everything, there is levels to this. Progression will be determined on your body and its ability to increase weight and complexity of exercises.
Depending on your health screening and ability, I will be prescribing a range of exercises that YOU will be able to accomplish.
We will go over your food history, and come up with the best recipe for success to help you lose weight, cut fat, and build muscle. We will talk best times to eat, meals, hydration, and much more.
Weekly checkins allow us to share progress from our tracking app. We will talk about what is and is not working for you, and how we can implement improvements.
Taking the learned behaviors and continuing to implement them week after week until it becomes routine habit.
Checking in to make sure you are taking care of the 4 Pillars - Exercise, Nutrition, Cardio, and Mental Health.
No such thing as cheat days! I will make sure your nutrition tracker is clean and leaning towards goal progression.
It is also my job to make sure I am holding you accountable with weekly checkins and implementing changes when necessary.
Goals should be specific, measurable, and time-bound. As a coach, I work with you to identify these mini goals and create a plan to achieve them.
This can go a long way. As your coach, I provide regular feedback on progress, while also celebrating your successes along the way.
Rewards for achieving specific goals or reaching milestones are always fun. This could include a free session or a fitness-related prize, or agreed upon between coach and client..
